A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Can we use our existing Moodle and Microsoft accounts?+

The pilot includes connection metadata and cohort mapping tools. Live Moodle synchronization, Microsoft sign-in, account provisioning and licence assignment require connector implementation, administrator authorization and testing before activation.

Will AI move our student records automatically?+

That is part of our planned migration workflow. Today you can plan connections and preview a CSV locally. AI mapping and live import are in development; no records transfer until an approved import workflow is enabled.

How do college addresses work?+

Choose an available name such as yourcollege.edsi.app during signup. Your workspace is created immediately with a working link. The chosen subdomain is reserved and becomes available after it is registered and verified with the hosting service.

Do we need ChatGPT or Microsoft to start a trial?+

No. Create a college trial with a username and password and explore pre-populated fictional records. Microsoft configuration comes during implementation. The original DataWiz pilot keeps its existing sign-in route.

What happens to trial data when we go live?+

Start production setup clears your trial dataset after confirmation and creates an empty implementation workspace. Your college name, reserved address and administrator trial login remain. Verified identity, reviewed imports and acceptance testing are required before production activation.

Does signup start a paid subscription?+

No payment card is collected and signup does not start automatic billing. Commercial pricing and the scope of support and migration will be confirmed before paid activation.
